These are THE BEST FITTING NIGHTGUARDS I've ever had made. The materials that you use to take your impressions is exactly what we used in private practice. Getting a good impression is the key to this. I did like how they wanted to review your impression before they were ready to make the appliance. I also ordered a kit of the bleaching gel to use in the guard. They make perfect "bleach trays".

They are done nicely and fit very well. Your customer service is wonderful in helping to get a good impression made. However, your service is slow in making them and mailing them to the customer. I wish this process was faster but understand if your company has a high customer order count to make them for every customer.
Used Remi to replace old retainers. The impressions process was very time consuming (a multi-day process). Once the impressions were complete and returned to Remi it took a long time with almost no updates to get them (prob around 45 days). The retainers fit loosely and I’m certain would not keep my teeth in alignment. Called to cancel, offered to send new impressions kit, was not interested after my experience the first time. Didn’t even offer a partial refund, so that’s cool… take my money and give me an inferior product. Maybe good as night guards?
