We ask you to provide us with just one impression and one order, and you’ll regularly get all you need for a dazzling smile. Yes, any time. We understand things change. If you'd like to cancel your Remi Club subscription, just contact our team and we'll take care of you.

With Remi’s 45-Night Perfect Fit Guarantee, if you experience any fit issues, you can rest easy knowing that Remi team will work with you to get the fit just right. Simply contact us within 45 days of receiving your night guards with photo and a brief description and we will work hard to make the fit just right or send out a new impression kit as necessary.

Great Question! First of all, our pricing is always the same - regardless of thickness. We default to 1mm, but we can comfortably accommodate 1.3mm and 2mm upon request. Once you receive your kit, you will have the option to choose the best fit for you. Simply note it in the included Customer Information Card in your kit, also available here as a download.

Our 1mm and 1.3mm are thinner and more comfortable and are a great option for light teeth grinding and clenching.

If you're a heavy grinder/clencher or you want your night guard to act as a retainer, we actually suggest the 2mm option since the difference between 1mm and 1.3mm is less noticeable and may wear out fairly quickly.

But don't worry, when you sign up for the Club, we will save your molds and you have the option to upgrade the thickness on your next renewal as often as you like.

We use a paraben-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, cruelty-free formula that contains organic ingredients.

Here are a few tips:

1. Spread a thin layer of gel across the top and bottom trays. Bite down fully, and gently wipe away any excess gel from your gums. For best results, wear trays overnight for 14 consecutive nights.

2. Put your whitening trays in at least 30 minutes before bed.  By the time you fall asleep you will barely notice them.

3. To clean, rinse your whitening trays after use, shake/pat dry.

To maintain your pearly whites, repeat every 3 months.

Our teeth whitening is designed for people with sensitive teeth! Our gel works best when worn overnight, which is why we suggest purchasing mouth guard whitening trays with it. You receive longer exposure time, which means we don’t need to include any harsh chemicals in the formula.
